Composing to an Image:
Step 1: Study the painting at the link below. It will let you zoom in and get a real good look at it. It is called "Squares With Concentric Circles" by Wassily Kandinsky finished in 1913.

Step 2: Create a new GarageBand file and title it "Kandinsky Composition - Your Name."
Step 3: Create a soundtrack that represents the image you see. It must meet the following requirements:
- Use loops, sounds, samples, and textures that match what you see in Kandinsky’s art. You can even use your voice
- The composition must be a minimum of 1 minute long.
- You must have a minimum of 4 tracks (layers)
- You must write and create a melody that is used throughout (we will review this together)
Step 4: Turn in the mp3 file in this assignment window.
